Published Assessments

Assessments can be a powerful tool for discovery, providing insight on performance or behavior that often lies below our personal radar. An assessment accelerates your professional and personal development by identifying your strengths, blind spots, and limiting factors. It gives you a baseline to measure your developmental progress.

Assessments can be purchased by themselves or as a part of the Support Program. Either way, they include a pre-session orientation, the assessment instrument, scoring, interpretation, a personalized report of results, and a longer post-assessment session to examine the results and identify areas for focus.

Currently we offer 8 assessments, each with a particular focus. All are based on the DISC instrument, which measures how your personality works in a given environment.

  1. DISC Classic – with 40 years of proven validity and over 40 million users, DISC is a trusted instrument for development. It identifies behavior by combining four styles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness.

  2. DISC PPSS – the DISC with a more detailed, in-depth report. Uncover motivating factors, preferred environment, de-motivating factors, and trends to avoid. The PPSS can also be ordered with supplemental reports on managing, selling, and personal or work relationships.

  3. DISC Indra – is an in-depth assessment instrument and geared to help you to understand and improve relationships on the job. DISC Indra can be arranged for an individual, a pair, or a work group.

  4. Team Dimensions Profile – This profile uses DISC to identify your most natural role within a team, and to identify the characteristics of other types.

  5. Time Mastery Profile – gauges your effectiveness in 12 critical areas of time management and priority setting. Based on DISC, it comes with a workbook to guide you in creating a customized strategy to improve productivity.

  6. Work Expectations –Research has shown that people with clear, defined, and communicated expectations are happier in their work than others. Using the DISC, this instrument helps you identify your best, most suitable expectations.

  7. Personal Listening Profile – Good communication is one of the most valuable skills in the workplace, and good listening is the foundation of effective communication. The profile uses the DISC to guide you to become a better, more productive listener.

  8. MAPP – The Motivational Appraisal of Personal Potential (MAPP) matches personal temperament to various job traits. We work with the results to outline the fit between a person and a job, and to mitigate weaknesses.

Each assessment is available in an online environment secured by your personal key. Take your assessment when you have a few minutes; it is available 24/7. A copy of your personal report is returned to you by e-mail before we meet.

Individual assessment consists of an assessment you select from those available. A pre-assessment session orients you to the assessment instrument. A post-assessment session serves to interpret and synch up your results. For the instrument, three sessions, assessment reports, and interpretation the cost is $425.

Team assessments are discounted from the individual fee. The discount depends on the number of team members, the number of assessments to be used, whether the team will be together or as individuals for the pre and post assessment sessions.

A reminder: You can find some free self-assessments here . They offer quick and easy opportunities for insight, and can be completed and scored on your own.
