Business Coaching is a professional partnership between a qualified coach and a client to support the client's accomplishment of extraordinary results. The focus is on skills and actions needed for success, based on goals set by the client. The coach listens, contributes observations, asks questions, and offers concepts and principles to assist in identifying possibilities and actions. Coaching concentrates on where the client is now and what he or she is willing to do to attain a defined future state.

People who engage a business coach can expect fresh perspectives on challenges or opportunities, critical thinking, and increased confidence as they perform their work roles. Consistent with this, they can also expect noticable results in productivity, personal satisfaction, and the attainment of significant goals. The end results are a matter of the individual's intentions, choices, and actions, all supported by the coach's efforts and application of coaching skills, approaches and methods.

Coaching is offered primarily by telephone either one-on-one or in a small group. The nature of the work requires a minimum 3-month commitment. At the beginning of each 3-month period we will define a situation or issue to address, goals we will work on together, and set our schedule.

Before our first session you will take a formal assessment . It will provide insights to aid us as we work together. Typically this is the DISC , although another may be used if appropriate. The cost of this assessment, report, and interpretation is $75, a savings of $300 from the stand-alone price.

Coaching is offered in five formats and price levels to make it easy to find one that suits your requirements.

Owner Level coaching consists of 4 one-on-one sessions each month, scheduled each week in advance, each 45-minutes long. Between sessions e-mail and short phone calls, as needed, are available in unlimited quantities. Cost is $350 per month, with a 3-month minimum.

An Owner Express Level is also available. It consists of 4 one-on-one sessions each month, scheduled each week in advance, each 30 minutes in length. Between sessions e-mail and short phone calls, as needed, are available in unlimited quantities. Cost is $250 per month, with a 3-month minimum.

Manager Level coaching consists of 3 one-on-one sessions each month, scheduled each week in advance, 45 minutes in length. Between sessions e-mail and short phone calls, as needed, are available in unlimited quantities. At the conclusion of the third session, an assignment is usually made for the next session. Cost is $280 per month, with a 3-month minimum.

Mentor Level coaching consists of 2 one-on-one sessions each month, scheduled in advance, consisting of a dedicated session of 45-minutes. Between sessions e-mail and short phone calls, as needed, are available in unlimited quantities. “Homework” is assigned between sessions to continue our work. Cost is $190 per month, with a 3-month minimum.

Group Coaching is custom crafted for people in the same profession or facing similar issues. Groups consist of between 4 to 8 people. Like a conference call, members of the group dial into a secured telephone bridge line. Group coaching consists of 4 sessions a month, each 60 minutes long, and costs between $200 a month, with a 3-month minimum.

Pinpoint Coaching is a new and innovative format of coaching. Only recommended for those who have had at least 3 months of coaching in any format, Pinpoint Coaching can be used alone or in combination with any other format. Pinpoint Coaching consists of 3 one-on-one sessions every week, each 15 minutes in duration. The sessions are arranged on a mutually available basis. Each session is tightly focused on a single issue, circumstance, decision, or question with the goal of reaching the final choices. The cost is $300 per month and a 1-month minimum is required.
